Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ThinkRoman Ventures LLC (“ThinkRoman”, “we”) handles information in connection with ATLAS (the “Service”).
What we process
- Search inputs. The drug terms, date ranges, and any abstracts or counts you submit, in order to run a search and produce a result.
- Usage data. Basic, aggregate technical information needed to operate and secure the Service (such as request timing and error logs). We do not build advertising profiles.
ATLAS does not require an account in this version, and we ask that you do not enter patient-identifiable information or personal health data into the Service.
Third-party processing
To deliver results, your inputs are transmitted to service providers that process them on our behalf:
- Literature and safety sources — NCBI/PubMed, Europe PMC, and openFDA/FAERS, to retrieve articles and adverse-event data.
- AI processing— an AI model provider (via its API) reads abstracts and drafts documents. API submissions are governed by the provider’s data-processing terms and, for the API tier we use, are not used to train its models.
- Hosting — our cloud hosting provider, which stores and serves the application.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use your search content for advertising.
- We do not place non-essential tracking cookies on screening or results interactions.
Retention
We retain operational logs only as long as needed to run and secure the Service. Search inputs are processed to return your result and are not retained as a personal profile.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
The Service is intended for professionals aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
