These Terms govern your access to and use of ATLAS (the “Service”), provided by ThinkRoman Ventures LLC (“ThinkRoman”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service in a professional, research, or educational pharmacovigilance context. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Rules of use
You agree that you will not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- rely on any ATLAS output for a regulatory submission or safety decision without independent verification by a qualified professional;
- submit content that identifies an individual patient, or any personal health information, into the Service;
- misuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- violate the terms of the third-party data sources the Service draws on, including NCBI/PubMed, Europe PMC, and openFDA; or
- present ATLAS output as independent clinical, medical, or regulatory advice.
3. Outputs and your responsibility
ATLAS produces automated, AI-assisted output. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all output before any use. ThinkRoman is not responsible for decisions made, or documents filed, on the basis of unverified output.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, and original content are owned by ThinkRoman. Literature, adverse-event data, and other third-party content retrieved through the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkRoman and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
7. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
